Peterson White LLP attorneys, Nick Peterson and T. Ryan Malone, recently represented a large retailer in a Federal Court case involving a store patron, who alleged she tripped on an anti-fatigue mat, near an employee work station, inside the store.  With Nick’s and Ryan’s counsel, though, the court awarded summary judgment on behalf of the retailer,  finding the firm’s client not to be at fault in the incident.

Nick is a trial attorney in Peterson White’s Knoxville office, whose practice is concentrated primarily in insurance defense (workers’ compensation and general liability defense).

Ryan is a trial attorney in Peterson White’s Nashville office, whose practice is also concentrated in insurance defense.  Ryan is also a licensed Rule 31 mediator, and has significant experience defending medical and long term care providers.
