Ashley Dilly grew up in the charming towns of Carlisle, Kentucky, near Lexington, and Franklin, Tennessee, south of Nashville. She pursued her academic journey at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she completed both her undergraduate and law school education.

Ashley began her professional career as a consumer bankruptcy attorney, a role she held for six and a half years before joining Peterson & White. One of her most significant accomplishments during this time was the opportunity to argue bankruptcy cases before a federal court judge, showcasing her expertise and dedication to her field.

She is an active member of the Knoxville Bar Association, reflecting her commitment to professional development and community engagement.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending quality moments with her family, which includes her two dogs and one cat. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast, often found hiking in the Smoky Mountains or kayaking. Her hobbies also include cooking, reading, and cheering for UT sports, a passion rooted in her time with the Pride of the Southland Band.
