Britni Holland joined Peterson White, LLP in 2023 as an associate attorney.
Britni Nicole Holland, a native of Tennessee, earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee and her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law. Her professional journey involved serving as general counsel and human resources manager for a consulting firm while also practicing law independently. Britni is especially passionate about advocating for women who have endured long-term abuse and domestic violence and witnessing these clients transform into empowered, independent individuals has been the most rewarding aspect of her legal career.
Britni is an active member of various professional and service organizations, including the Tennessee Bar Association, Society for Human Resources Management, and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. She volunteers at Young Williams Animal Center and as a foster parent for Volunteer State Doberman Rescue and Smoky Mountain Humane Society.
Outside her professional pursuits, Britni finds joy in hiking, reading, volunteering, and farm-to-table cooking. Her family includes two beloved dogs: Klaus, a 6-year-old Doberman Pinscher, and Bitsy, a 2-year-old Bluetick Coonhound mix.
