Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Dan's upbringing as a military brat took him across the country and the globe, instilling in him a sense of adaptability and a deep understanding of different cultures and perspectives.

He graduated from Auburn University in 2003 with a B.S. in Finance, before diving into the professional world. His early career saw him managing homeowners’ and condominium associations in sunny Destin, Florida, and later working in banking in Central Alabama, where he honed his strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Dan’s passion for law led him to pursue a Juris Doctor at Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he earned his degree in 2011.
